Wheelchair user boarding the accessible charter boat via ramp

Accessibility Details

Everything you need to know about how we make ocean adventures accessible. No surprises — just a great time on the water.

How Boarding Works

1

Meet at the X Dock

We meet you at the X Dock at Discovery Harbour Marina (2395 Spit Rd). Accessible parking is available nearby, and our crew will meet you at your vehicle if needed.

2

Roll Up the Ramp

Our wide aluminum ramp connects the dock directly to the boat deck. It's stable, has side rails, and supports both manual and power wheelchairs up to 600 lbs combined.

3

Secure & Go

Once on deck, we secure your wheelchair with tie-down straps so you're safe and stable underway. You stay in your chair the entire trip — positioned right in the action.
