Everything you need to know about how we make ocean adventures accessible. No surprises — just a great time on the water.
How Boarding Works
Meet at the X Dock
We meet you at the X Dock at Discovery Harbour Marina (2395 Spit Rd). Accessible parking is available nearby, and our crew will meet you at your vehicle if needed.
Roll Up the Ramp
Our wide aluminum ramp connects the dock directly to the boat deck. It's stable, has side rails, and supports both manual and power wheelchairs up to 600 lbs combined.
Secure & Go
Once on deck, we secure your wheelchair with tie-down straps so you're safe and stable underway. You stay in your chair the entire trip — positioned right in the action.

Virtual Boat Tour
See exactly what to expect before you commit. Here's the step-by-step journey from parking to fishing position.

Arrive at the Marina
Drive to Discovery Harbour Marina (2395 Spit Rd). Accessible parking is available near X Dock. The path from parking to the dock is paved and level. Our crew will meet you at your vehicle if you need assistance.

Roll Up the Ramp
Our wide aluminum ramp connects the dock directly to the boat deck. Side rails, non-slip surface, 600 lb capacity. You roll straight from dock to deck — no lifting, no transfers, no wobbling. Takes about 10 seconds.

Get Secured on Deck
The crew secures your wheelchair with tie-down straps at one of two dedicated positions on the open flat deck. You stay in your chair for the entire trip — safe, stable, and positioned right where the action is.

Shelter & Comfort
The enclosed wheelhouse provides shelter from wind and spray during transit. On-board head (washroom) is accessible. Snacks and beverages are provided. If it's cold, we have blankets. If it's hot, we have shade.

Fish!
The crew sets up your rod, gets lines in the water, and heads to the fishing grounds. Rod holders mount to the boat rail or your chair frame. When a fish hits, you fight it. The crew helps with netting and photos. Electric reels available if needed.
